As 2023 draws to a close, we are making a few operational changes in the beginning of 2024.
First, and our most major change; We are moving all of our online order fulfillment and shipping in-house for better quality control and order handling. This move will allow us to provide better customer support and extended same-day order fulfillment. As lifelong pet owners, we completely understand and empathize with the urgency that comes with some orders and needs.
Secondly, as many of our regular customers have already noticed, we have also upgraded all of our bubble mailers to hard boxes to address complaints about damaged orders. While we should have upgraded to better boxes a long time ago, we stuck with bubble mailers for years because they were cheaper and we believed that the risk of damage was worth the savings. Well, we've heard your feedback and have finally moved on from bubble mailers.
Thirdly, we are moving to a Free Shipping system. Beginning in Jan 2024, we will be rolling out Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping for all our products, beginning with Yunnan Baiyao. USPS Priority, UPS, or other expedited services will still be available for purchase.
Fourth, for the first time in 5 years, we are forced to adjust the pricing of our products to reflect increasing supply and operational costs. We did our very best to continue providing the very best price to offer, but with the way things are now, our old pricing structure was unsustainable. IF YOU HAVE BEEN A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF OURS, PLEASE REACH OUT TO US VIA EMAIL FOR YOUR GRANDFATHER'D PRICING DISCOUNT CODE.
