Shipping policy
Shipping:
All orders are usually processed and shipped by the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by one or two days. If this is happens we will contact you to let you know.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, for any other reason, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation via email or text message once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of your package shipping.
Free shipping on all orders over $50:
Should you qualify for, and select, the free shipping option, we reserve the right to ship your package using our choice of shipper and rate. As a generalization, we will ship via USPS Priority or FedEx Ground if you select the free shipping option.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Epsilon Acupuncture is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
Epsilon Acupuncture is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Exchanges:
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@epsilonacupuncture.com.
