Epsilon Acupuncture supports dog and cat people

Pet First Aid by American Red Cross: This app can help you figure out what to do in basic first aid situations, and what signs to look for that your issue is more serious.  It also helps you find or even call a vet.

Pawprint:  This is a pet health tracker that helps you keep all your pet's info in one place.  You can get official records, keep track of vaccine schedules, and track and remind you of appointments.

PetCoach:  This app lets you find answers to questions through their database, or ask a vet directly.

DogBuddy: Similar to PawPrint in that it's a one-stop for medical records, this app also has some CPR and emergency tips.  It also features weight tracking.

PupTox: Lists of toxic foods, plants, and substances so you can check when you're not sure.  This app covers cats as well.
