Credit Card/Statement Charges:

Please note that purchases made on Epsilon Acupuncture will appear on your charge method Statements as Rich Lion LLC.

Shipping:

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (including Saturdays).  Orders placed before 2pm PST are generally shipped the same day. Shipping transit time does not include this initial processing period.  We do not ship orders on Sundays; Orders processed on Sunday will not ship until the following business day.

Once the chosen shipping service receives your package, track your package via the provided tracking number.  Sometimes, these shipping services may experience a transit delay of 1-3 business days.  Refer to the tracking information provided by the tracking number for the most up-to-date information.

If your package is missing/stolen, please let us know so we may open an investigation with the shipping service.  Replacement packages or refunds are not issued prior to the completion of this investigation.

If your package is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend upgrading your shipping method and including a Signature Requirement.  Even with upgraded shipping, we cannot guarantee transit times due to unforeseen circumstances.  As a result of the extreme and unpredictable delays due to the COVID pandemic, we are unable to refund shipping costs for Priority or Priority Express packages.  We take every measure to process and ship packages the same day. You assume all risk as soon as your order is passed onto the USPS or UPS, depending on your chosen shipping method.

At all times, if you are experiencing difficulties receiving your package, Please, let us know and we will do everything we can to get your order to you.  

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation via email or text message once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of your package shipping.

Free shipping on all orders over $50:

Should you qualify for, and select, the free shipping option, we reserve the right to ship your package using our choice of shipper and rate.  As a generalization, we will ship via the cheapest option if you select the free shipping option.  

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

Epsilon Acupuncture is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

Epsilon Acupuncture is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Exchanges:

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@epsilonacupuncture.com.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Having a package stolen or lost in transit is always a frustrating situation for everyone involved. While we track every package that we ship with a Tracking Number, this does not prevent packages from becoming lost or stolen.  Our shipping and handling obligations end when our packages are received by either USPS, UPS, or FedEx. In other words, we are not liable for damage, loss, or theft of your package after it leaves our care.

All USPS Priority packages are automatically insured for $50, and Priority Express packages are automatically insured for $100. Should a package become lost, we will always defer to the package's tracking number. If the tracking number shows a successful Delivery Completion, we cannot be held responsible for whatever happens to that package after delivery.  If something happens to your package, we are sincerely sorry it happened, and would encourage you to file a claim.
