In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), nasal congestion is due to the insufficiency of Qi (Chi) energy of the lung and the subsequently reduced protection of the respiratory tract from foreign substances like bacteria and viruses. Bi Yan Pian combines multiple Chinese herbs that work in several different ways to help relieve nasal congestion. It disperses wind and expels toxins to relieve inflammation. Moreover, it dissolves phlegm (especially nasal mucus), clears discharge and thus opens the nasal passages.
Used for centuries to support sinus function. Magnolia flower, Wild Chrysanthemum and Licorice root are combined with invigorating and soothing herbs to rejuvenate the health and well-being of the nasal passages, sinuses, and respiratory system. Often used in combination with Gan Mao Ling or Yin Chiao.
Appropriate for short term use.

Bi Yan Pian Tablets are the only thing that I have found that helped my allergies. Unfortunately, I often have to take them every 3 to 4 hours but I have no side effects and it really does take away my symptoms better than anything else I have used.
This Chinese herb heals sinus issues fantastically. I had surgery on my sinus due to an accident & frequently have pressure or face discomfort in my sinus area. Bi Yan Pian relieves the pressure & headache.
I continue to use Bi Yan Pian for decongestion. I can use it with no side effects such as the jitters and sleep disturbances from products that contain pseudoephedrine.
I just got the herb yesterday, a day late. I have used B Yan Pian in the past and it works better than Sudafed without the jitters and inability to sleep.
